These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of drinkINERT.com (the "Site"), operated by Novathor Holdings LLC (d/b/a INERT), located in Bismarck, North Dakota, USA. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational and pre-launch only. INERT is a beverage brand currently in development. No product is offered for sale on this Site, no orders can be placed, and no payment is collected. All product details, ingredients, formulations, flavors, pricing, and timelines described on the Site are preliminary and subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Joining the waitlist lets you receive updates about INERT and indicate interest. Signing up for the waitlist is not an order, a purchase, or a reservation, and it does not guarantee that any product will become available, or that it will be offered at any particular price, time, or location. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or the planned product at any time.

INERT is a beverage brand in development. Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical or health advice.

The Site and its contents — including the INERT name, the "Nothing gets in." tagline, logos, wordmarks, text, graphics, design, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Novathor Holdings LLC and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. All trademarks and trade names not belonging to us are the property of their respective owners.
